Judge Kim L. Kelley has announced his intention to retire, effective October 2, 2019, after nearly 13 years on the bench.  He has served with distinction in many capacities in the courtroom and as an educator outside the courtroom.  He has been instrumental in the development and success of the Tenth Circuit’s various problem solving courts and as the Circuit’s family law judicial coordinator, among many accomplishments.  We are fortunate to have him for five more months.  Information about this future associate judge opening will be posted here when available.
